How does the Landfill protect the environment and community?
The Landfill is lined with an extremely durable four-layer, high-density, geo-synthetic, felt and mesh liners, which is state-of-the art technology. The water supply for the nearby community is completely separate from the landfill. Additionally, the multi-layered liner system prohibits leachate from reaching the community’s water supply.

IRL uses the most advanced monitoring and safety equipment available in the industry today. Our team is extremely experienced in the operation of landfills and are prepared for any challenge that may appear. We are committed to being an engaged partner to the communities we serve. It’s our home.
